Welcome Call
Each patient will receive a call from our friendly customer service team welcoming them to the service and to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Each delivery will include your prescribed ActivHeal® product along with
One – 25 x 20ml of Irripod® Irrigation solution
One – x 10 Dressit® dressing kit
Any complimentary prescribed products
If you ARE a nurse prescriber or GP….

Alternatively you can raise the prescription and pop it in one of our freepost envelopes (click below to request). If you don’t have any freepost envelopes you can send it a plain envelope addressed to ActivCare™ Direct, Freepost, Koppa House, Napier Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9RA.
