Each delivery will include your prescribed ActivHeal® product along with
One – 25 x 20ml of Irripod® Irrigation solution
One – x 10 Dressit® dressing kit
Along with any other prescribed items.
If you are NOT a nurse prescriber or GP you can telephone our friendly customer service team on freephone 0800 033 4088.
we will work with your GP to get the prescription raised for you. We will need your GPs details, patient details and prescription requirements (Remember to include Irripod® (or alternate wound irrigation solution), Dressit® and any complimentary products required).
If you ARE a nurse prescriber or GP and have access to the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) you can send us your prescription by nominating the patient to Rapidcare FGR26 and sending it to the spine where we will pick it up.
Alternatively you can raise the prescription and pop it in one of our freepost envelopes. If you don’t have any freepost envelopes you can send it a plain envelope addressed to ActivCare Direct, Freepost, Koppa House, Napier Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9RA.
